Starters Club 300 House Bread Our giant loaf of Ciapatta Bread is paired with house made Herbed and Sweet Butters. All meals should start with this romantic full loaf of steaming goodness Sea Scallop Martini Giant Seared Scallops caressed with Olive and Juniper Butter Sauce reduction. Served in a martini glass. Club 300 Jazz Pate’ inful Duck Pate’ is finished with Orange Amaretto and served With Spiced Mustard, Coconut-Rummed Orange Coulis and DiSarrono-Soaked Figs Cold Seafood Sensation Split, Cold Alaskan Crab Legs, Pacific Smoked Salmon, Giant Gulf Shrimp and Wine Infused Herring. Served with Creole Mustard and Mild Tomato Horseradish Sauce King Lear’s Brisket Board Chef’s Selection of Exotic Cheeses accompany slices of Tender Brisket New Orleans, Fresh Fruit and Flaming Cherries on a Wooden Hardboard. Enough for Two. Smoked Bobby Bouche’ Bayou Trio The New Orleans Boudin and Andouille is served with Grilled Red Onion and Tri-Colored Bell Pepper . This is a great start to a classic Trio. Bobby’s Momma would approve! Oysters 300 Gulf Oysters are broiled atop Ciapatta Bread Topped with Spiced Baby Spinach and Asiogo Cheese. Lover’s Brie A Full Wheel of Sensuous Brie is Topped with Fruit Coulis and Candied Pecan. Served with DiSaronno-Infused Figs and Fresh Fruit. Jazz Me Blue Topped with Bleu Cheese and Drizzled with White Wine Rosemary Sauce. Served with Potato and Nicoise Salad Oriental Finished with a Portobello Mushroom Teriyaki Butter. Served with Haricot Vert and Yellow Pepper Bayou hunter Served atop Fennel-Infused Potato Cake, with Andouille, Boudin and Oranged Carrot Finished with House-Made Hunter Sauce Island Creole Served with Spiced Greens and Creole Baby Corn, over Nawlin's Rice and Crawfish Sauce *************** Classic Redfish Nawlin’s Bronzed Redfish is topped with Crawfish Glaze and served over Rice. Served with Potato, Haricot Vert and Poached Carrot New Orleans Brisquet Tender New Orleans Brisquet is served with our own Bourbon Barbeque Sauce, Potato and Sauteed Carrot. A hearty Crescent City Classic. Chicken Tasso Free Range Breast of Chicken is topped with Tasso Ham within a White Wine Rosemary Cream Sauce. Served with Spiced Greens, Oranged Carrot and Nawlin's Baby Corn. Canal Street Pork Chop Frenched Pork Chop is grilled over fire and drizzled with Honey and Rosemary Glaze. Served with Hand-Smashed Potato, Smoked Andouille and Sautéed Baby Vegetables. Intoxicated Pork Tenderloin… This cut of Pork Tenderloin is sautéed with in a sweet Red Wine reduction and served with Hand Mashed Potato and Spiced Wilted Greens. An incredibly tender dish. Soup Club 300 Lobster Bisque A sensuous, creamy delight. A favorite of the Rose of New Orleans! Gumbo Ya Ya! Simply the best Gumbo in the City. Salad Samba Salad Mixed Greens tossed in a Citric Vinaigrette are topped with Candied Pecans, Tri-Colored Bell Pepper and Mandarin Orange Classic Caesar Fresh Romaine with creamy Caesar and finished with fresh Asiago and Baked Crouton. 8 Add Grilled Chicken or Gulf Shrimp Grilled Portobello and Lump Crab This wonderful Salad Entrée is includes Mixed Greens tossed with Citric Vinaigrette, topped with Grilled Portobello Mushroom, Mozz Cheese, Grape Tomoto Salsa, Tri-Colored Bell Pepper and Lump Gulf Crab Meat Creole Specialties Club 300 Ninth Ward Jumbo Shrimp Giant Gulf Shrimp are pan sautéed in a Garlic White Wine Butter Reduction. Served over Chipatta topped with Lobster Cream Sauce and Tri-Colored Pepper. Red beans and rice Slow cooked classic New Orleans Red Beans. Served with Rice Centerpiece. 2nd Line Crawfish Etouffee There’s just nothing like a New Orleans 2nd line marching band or Crawfish Etouffee. We stick to the tradition and create a wonderful blend of the Old South. Served with Rice Center. Dessert Austrian Dream Vanilla Bean Ice Cream is drenched in House-Made Coconut-Infused Rum and Muddled Mint . Topped with Austrian White Chocolate Pieces Banana Caramel Chiffon Light but rich, sensual Banana Chiffon Pie over Graham Crust Creole Cheesecake Creamy Cheesecake topped with Seasonal Berries and Chocolate Sauce. Chocolate Overdose The richest, overdose of chocolate cake we can muster.
